Strong technical writing skills, including impeccable grammar and succinct clear prose
Ability to understand/grasp technology/technical concepts, and put his / her ideas in a structured form
Must have a pleasing manner and should be able get along with people
Must be a responsible individual with the ability to shoulder the trust placed on him
