Softskills Trainer
Primary Responsibilities
  • Impart Training.
  • Manage training and MIS for classes.
  • Design, implementation, administration and operation of English Language & Voice and accent training programs, practices and procedures
  • Developing & delivering training modules, under specified timeframes
  • Interdepartmental co – ordination & communication
  • Interaction with internal clients.
  • Ensure adherence to all
  • Develop programs and practices
Qualification
Master’s/Degree (preferably English/ Literature)
Skill sets
  • Thorough knowledge of English grammar and composition
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products
  • Ability to prepare the contents for skills
  • English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and correctly
  • Ability to handle queries/escalations from trainees.
  • Ability to instruct participants in classroom and/or group sessions.
  • Good problem solving skills, Ability to deal professionally with disciplinary issues
  • Ability to handle stressful situations, Good interpersonal skills/organizational skills
  • Self Discipline, Listening, Patience and Initiative oriented
Experience
Minimum of 2(+) years Hands on Experience in Training or conducting
batches would be preferred. Proficient with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint).

  • Self-starter who can work independently, with limited supervision, yet be fully accountable with excellent follow through
