| The initiatives taken by RiiiT, India’s first IT Finishing School to make young graduates employable in the IT sector is commendable. The huge manpower requirement in the growing IT sector needs to be addressed. The cause for concern is non-availability of quality manpower with adequate skill sets. |

| We are happy to be associated with RiiiT, which is playing a significant role, adding value, by providing the skill set on par with the IT industry requirement. It is heartening that all students of their pilot batch have been placed in major IT companies. |
