‘Business Development Head’ Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Formulate & execute strategy of an expanding business unit; diversify to new markets and potential segments by actively influencing business development efforts.
Demonstrate entrepreneur skills, coupled with strong leadership, planning
And organizational skills, to make the organization dynamic and successful profit making company.
Will also be responsible for preparing yearly business plans, budgets, forecasts
Conceptualize and implement the strategies of business
Would be responsible for employee satisfaction and motivation levels of his team mates.
Qualification
MBA/Graduation
Skill sets
Extrovert, outgoing type personality.
Must have a flair for technology understanding / appreciation
Excellent marketing and people skills; effective blend of tact and tenacity
Experience
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of selling/marketing experience-preferably selling training products.
Desired Profile
Self-starter who can work independently, with limited supervision, yet be fully accountable with excellent follow through

Result oriented, able to deliver on Time bound objectives.
