‘Business Development Head’ Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
  • Formulate & execute strategy of an expanding business unit; diversify to new markets and potential segments by actively influencing business development efforts.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneur skills, coupled with strong leadership, planning
  • And organizational skills, to make the organization dynamic and successful profit making company.
  • Will also be responsible for preparing yearly business plans, budgets, forecasts
  • Conceptualize and implement the strategies of business
  • Would be responsible for employee satisfaction and motivation levels of his team mates.
Qualification
MBA/Graduation
Skill sets
  • Extrovert, outgoing type personality.
  • Must have a flair for technology understanding / appreciation
  • Excellent marketing and people skills; effective blend of tact and tenacity
Experience
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of selling/marketing experience-preferably selling training products.
Desired Profile
  • Self-starter who can work independently, with limited supervision, yet be fully accountable with excellent follow through
  • We are looking for an individual with proven experience working independently, and who has the ability to achieve successful results working in a large geographic territory.
  • Result oriented, able to deliver on Time bound objectives.
  • A business bent of mind to increase turnover, have a sound market intelligence
  • Understand business Plans & Goals & implement to achieve financial & business targets.
